Lizzie Anne Weekly Challenge #38– Card

I'm back with my card for this week's challenge. I decided to not only go with the colors of my shirt, but to use the stripe theme as well. There's something about stripes on cards that I just like. :) I happen to like this little robot guy too. :) Speaking of robots/technology...when you were a kid, what did you think the future would be like? I was so sure that by the time I was in my 30's that we'd have flying cars by now and would be able to transport anywhere like they do on Star Trek. I think I kind of imagined life would be a little like the Jetson's. Alas, that has not happened, but I am pretty impressed with the technology we have these days. Cellphones, caller ID, the internet, IPods...things that I can't imagine not having now...weren't even in my vocabulary as a kid. It's pretty cool this technology...can't wait to see what the future brings.

Stamps: LAD Gizmos & Gears

hey, I did see on the news today someone invented a jet pack that can go for about 30 minutes, so we're getting closer to the Jetsons, LOL! and to think we used tolived without the internet and cell phones. ;)

Love your card and that super cute robot!
